Title: What is new in OMERO at SLS?

This seminar will show how OMERO is set up for and can be used by members of SLS. The seminar is for new and existing users of OMERO. We will introduce the key points of OMERO, go over the main workflows and show the recent developments. We will show the possibilities of OMERO as a data management system for a Lab group in SLS. The simple creation of publication figures from images stored in OMERO will be explained. We will end with explaining the publication of images using OMERO and briefly showing the Image Data Resource and explaining its purpose. The seminar is followed by 2 workshops on OMERO on the 20^th of June.
