PhD Viva Success March 23, 2011 Salma Mahmoud from Tom Owen-Hughes lab successfully passed her PhD viva on Monday 21st February 2011. Salma’s title was “Investigating the mechanisms of action of the Snf2-homolog protein Fun30”. She presented her research at 1030 hrs. Her internal examiner was Professor Mike Stark and her external examiner was Dr Sari Pennings, University of Edinburgh
