Constance Alabert joined the Centre for Gene Regulation and Expression as a new PI this week.

Constance was previously a Research Fellow at the BRIC institute in Copenhagen.  During her work there she developed a system to study the proteins associating with newly replicated DNA.  This provides a way to study interplay between the DNA replication machinery and chromatin assembly.  She has been awarded a CRUK fellowship career development fellowship and an ERC starting grant to fund her research in Dundee.

We welcome her and wish her much success in Dundee.
